1. How to Access Auction Lot Information
Browse the Online Catalogue
Use a computer or mobile device to browse the electronic auction catalogue and review available lot information.
Visit the Auction Preview
Attend the auction preview in person to view and examine the lots before the auction.
Purchase the Printed Catalogue
Printed auction catalogues can be ordered by email or purchased at the auction preview venue.
2. How to Participate in Bidding
In-Person Bidding
Bidders must complete the registration procedure no later than 24 hours before the auction. After registration, bidders will receive a bidding paddle and may participate in the auction by raising the paddle in response to the auctioneer's bids.
Telephone Bidding
Bidders may register with a representative of Macau Dorothy International Auction Co., Ltd. to participate by telephone. The Telephone Bidding Form must be completed at least 24 hours before the auction, with the telephone bidding option selected on the application form.
Absentee Bidding
Complete the Absentee Bidding Form at least 24 hours before the auction and indicate the maximum amount you are prepared to bid. The Absentee Bidding Form is included in the catalogue for the relevant auction and is also available for download from this website.
Simultaneous Online Bidding Service
Bidders must register for an online bidding account through the partner online auction platform website or app announced by the auction house before the auction. Registration must be completed and the required deposit paid at least 24 hours before the auction.
3. How to Pay for Your Purchase
Once a bidder successfully wins a lot, the bidder becomes the buyer of that lot. After the auction concludes, we will promptly issue a Buyer’s Invoice detailing the buyer's applicable commission and other charges payable by the buyer. For further information, please refer to the Auction Terms and Conditions.
Successful bidders may settle their accounts at the auction venue immediately after the auction or within seven days of the auction date by UnionPay, cash, cheque, bank draft, or bank transfer.
For cash payments, the maximum amount accepted is HKD 80,000.
